Who, how and where are Palopalú products made?
All Palopalú creations are designed and manufactured here, in our small workshop in the center of Bilbao. Produced on a small scale, this is not an industrial production but entirely handcrafted. Completely local production under fair working conditions.
The wood used is primarily recycled or distributed directly by local suppliers. We use non-toxic paints and materials that are harmless to children and the environment.
And since we don't support "throwaway" consumption, our products are manufactured to be durable and high-quality, to be timeless, shareable, and long-lasting.
Is Palopalú a physical store?
No. Palopalú is not a physical store on the street. Palopalú produces in its workshop all the products available through this website you are on and in different stores on the peninsula (you can see them in the tab Point of sale). Where Palopalú does participate is in a small street-level shop in Bilbao where you can see our designs firsthand. This shop is called Lotune, and we're run by a group of small, local artisanal brands. You'll find more information in the POINTS OF SALE tab.
Where can I see and touch your designs?
You can do so at any of the stores listed in the POINTS OF SALE section. Especially at Lotune Brands Bilbao, a store run by a group of local designers. We serve you there and sell our products on the street.
Palopalú also regularly participates in various design fairs and markets throughout the Iberian Peninsula. Follow us on our social media channels at Facebook e Instagram and you'll be up to date with all the events and news.

How can I pay at Palopalú?
- With Visa or Mastercard credit cardYour banking details will be protected at all times.
- Using PayPal.Through this secure payment gateway, your card or bank account details are never shared.
- By bank transfer. If you choose this option, be sure to include your order number in the transfer description so we know it's yours. At the end of the purchase process, you'll see the account number to which you can deposit the amount. We'll ship the order once we receive proof of payment. If we don't receive it within 5 days, we'll have to cancel the order.
If I place an order by email, phone, WhatsApp, or Facebook, how do I pay?
In that case you can pay by bank transfer.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?
In the case of the custom orders, we will inform you of all the details, manufacturing and shipping times according to your order.
In the case of the orders on our website, you will have your purchase at home within 48 to 72 hours, during business days.
If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, we will process it on the next business day.
In case of making the payment by bank transfer, we will send your order when we receive proof of payment.
If you live in Balearics, you will receive it within 2 to 4 days.
For orders from abroad. Delivery times are slightly longer. Shipping takes 7-10 days to EU countries.
What are the shipping costs?
In the Iberian Peninsula, it's 6 euros. In the Balearic Islands, it's 12 euros. We do not ship to the Canary Islands.
For international shipments, we calculate costs based on the weight of the package and the destination. Send us a email specifying the order and we will calculate the costs for you.
If I am not satisfied with the purchase, can I return it?
If your order isn't what you expected, you can return it to us within a maximum of 7 days of receiving your order.

How can I make a return?
We want you to be completely satisfied with the product you receive, designed and handmade by us with great care. However, if what you receive isn't what you expected, you have a maximum of 7 days from receipt of your order to return it.
To do this, you must send us an email to info@palopalu.com to notify us of the return. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Products must be in perfect condition and retain their original packaging so we can refund you to the bank account you provide. If upon receiving your order you find that any product has been damaged during shipping, you have a maximum of 3 days from receipt of the order to file a claim regarding the affected products. In this case, we will pay the shipping costs. Remember that for returns, the product must retain its original packaging.
What if I receive a defective or damaged order?
You will be refunded free of charge. Please check as soon as possible if any product has been damaged during shipping. If so, you have 3 days to request a refund. email.
In this case, shipping costs are paid by Palopalú.
