Who, how and where do Palopalu make it's creations?

All Palopalú creations are designed and manufactured here, in my workshop in the center of Bilbao. Produced on a small scale, it is not an industrial production but a completely handmade production. A completely local production and under fair working conditions.

The wood used is mainly recycled or distributed directly by local suppliers. We use non-toxic paints and materials that are not harmful to children and the environment.

And because we do not support “throw-away” consumption, the products are made to be durable and of high quality, to be timeless, to be shared and to last a very long time.

Is Palopalu a phisycal store?

Palopalú is not a physical store at street level. Palopalú produces in its workshop all the products that are available through this website where you are and in different stores on the peninsula (you can see them in the points of sale tab).  What Palopalú does is participate in a small store in Bilbao where you can see our designs directly. This store is LOTUNE and is managed by a group of small brands of local artisans. In the POINTS OF SALE tab we will tell you more.

Where can I can see and touch your creations?

You can do so at any of the stores that appear in the POINTS OF SALE section. Especially at LOTUNE, a store managed by a group of local creators. We serve you right there and sell our products at street level.

Likewise, Palopalú periodically participates in different design fairs and markets in different parts of Spain. Follow us through our social networks on Facebook and Instagram and you will be up to date with all the events and news.

How can I order something?

You can do it very easily in our online store or by communicating your order by email, call or WhatsApp at number 651 381 773 or Facebook.

How can I order my custom gift?

You can write to our email info@palopalu.com and tell us what you want or request information without obligation. We will be happy to advise you.

How can I pay?

  • With Visa or Mastercard credit card. Your banking details will be protected at all times.
  • Using Paypal. Through this secure payment gateway your card or bank account details are never shared.
  • By bank transfer. If you choose this option, do not forget to specify your order number in the transfer concept so that we know it is yours. At the end of the purchasing process, you will see the account number in which to enter the amount. We will ship the order when we receive proof of payment. If we do not receive it within 5 days, we will have to cancel the order.

How do I pay if I order something via Facebook or Whatsapp?

Being that the case you can pay via Bank Transfer.

How can I reach you to solve my doubts?

We serve you from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

How long does it take to receive my order?

In the case of personalized orders, we will inform you of all the details, manufacturing and shipping times according to the order.

In the case of orders on our website, you will have your purchase at home between 48 and 72 hours, within business days.

If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, we will process it the next business day.

If payment is made by bank transfer, we will send you the order when we receive proof of payment.

For orders from abroad, the deadlines are a little longer. Shipping takes 7-10 days to EU countries.

How much are the delivery expenses?

In Spain it is 6 euros.

Balearic Islands are 12 euros.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

For shipments abroad, we calculate costs based on the weight of the package and the destination. Send us an email specifying the order and we will calculate the costs.

Can I return the order if I am not pleased?

If your order is not what you expected, you can return it to us within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt of your order.

What if the order arrives broken?

Your money will be returned to you at no cost. Check as soon as possible if any products have been damaged during transport. If so, you have 3 days to claim your refund by email.

In this case, the shipping costs are paid by Palopalú.
